Starpoint Middle School children are eligible to enter the local, state and national Peace Poster Contest. Winners are awarded prizes and recognized at the Board of Education meeting.

Pendleton Lions purchase, wrap and provide hundreds of toys to deserving children in the surrounding area. Santa delivers the toys every year with his Lions helpers.
